Return & Shipping Policies

Return Policy:  At Michelle Michelle & Co., we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:  Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and unopened to qualify for a refund or exchange and must be in the original packaging and condition

Return Shipping Cost:  A flat return shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund total. This fee covers return shipping and handling.

How to Start a Return:  To begin your return, contact us with your order number at michellemichelleandco@gmail.com and tell us the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item(s) back. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Exceptions:  We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.  Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Shipping Area:  We ship exclusively to the lower 48 states within the United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses

Processing Time:  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment
confirmation. Please note that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and
orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping Methods:  We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your items.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions,
and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with
tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Issues: Please contact us promptly at michellemichelleandco@gmail.com if your package is lost or damaged during shipment so we can assist you.

Michelle Michelle Salon will remain open at our 700 Bryden location through the end of the year! We will be closed from January 1st to January 6th and will reopen on January 7th in our new home at 449 E. Mound St.
