How can I make an appointment?


All booking is done manually by our team. You can reach us on Instagram @michellemichellesalon or by texting +1(614)-800-5741, where we will share just a few questions to ensure you receive the best appointment option possible! 

How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?


To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can reach us on Instagram @michellemichellesalon or by texting +1(614)-800-5741. We ask that you reach out at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the anticipated service price. Do appointments require a deposit to be made?


Some appointments require nonrefundable deposits to be made. Deposit amounts reflect the nature of the service and will be reduced from your payment balance on the day of service. More information can be found on our policies page, under “Deposits Policy”. 

How early should I arrive for my appointment?


Our service providers aim to begin service at the time of the scheduled appointment. If you like to make time for a bathroom visit or a moment to settle before your service begins, we encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes early.

Should I wear anything specific to my appointment?


Our best advice is to check with your service provider before the appointment to see if they have any service-specific pointers to share. While we provide smocks for protection, clients understand and accept that accidents may still occur despite our best efforts, and are responsible for their own clothing choices. Clients are advised to inform their stylists if they require any additional measures to protect their garments.

Can I be serviced by a different in-house stylist?


We realize that you may need to switch to a different stylist based on a variety of reasons – schedules, prices, or sometimes just to get a different perspective. Please feel free to ask us for a referral to another in-house stylist. All of our stylists are very supportive of one another. We maintain detailed records of your service history, formulas, and more that can be accessed by any stylist. Remember, we have our own in-house apprenticeship program! Therefore, all of our stylists have received their training from our most senior stylist, and we continue to foster a collaborative environment in the salon. In this way, we can ensure that no matter who you see, you will receive the same high-quality service to which you have grown accustomed.

What should I know about location and parking?


Michelle Michelle Salon is located at 449 East Mound St. in Columbus, OH. Our location offers a parking lot, as well as plenty of free street parking! (In 2026, our salon moved locations from our previous spot at 700 Bryden Rd.)

Do you offer gift certificates?


Yes! Gift certificates are available for purchase in the salon. If you cannot purchase a gift certificate in person, reach out to us to coordinate payment, and we will hold a physical copy for the recipient!

Can I bring my children?


Due to the potential hazards of a salon environment (chemicals, blades, etc.), we respectfully request that children be brought to the salon only when the child is receiving a service or if prior arrangements for an exception are made with your service provider. We want to ensure a great experience for our young clients. Therefore, clients under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire visit. If a parent or guardian cannot attend, please contact us in advance to discuss options.

Can I bring my pets?


We adore hearing about your cutie creatures! As much as we love them, please leave your pets at home. Service animals are always welcomed and protected in the salon.
