When a no-show or last-minute cancellation occurs, it has a direct impact on the income of our artists. Instead of filling the reserved time with another service, it becomes a net loss for us. We kindly ask that you let us know if you won’t make it to your appointment at least 24 hours beforehand. We have determined that the fairest way to address a no-show or late cancellation for all involved is to reserve the right to charge 50% of the anticipated service price. If a deposit has been made before the appointment, this will be applied to the balance of your fee. We acknowledge that missing an appointment is rarely intentional. We empathize with the chaos of life and unexpected situations! However, if 10 minutes have passed from your scheduled appointment time and we have not heard from you, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment. We will do our best to get you back on the books ASAP! No-show fee may be applied circumstantially.

Upon booking, a partial deposit of the anticipated service price may be required for new clients or services that require larger blocks of time. Our staff will send you a link to a secure payment portal through Square. This deposit is non-refundable and will be subtracted from your total on the day of your service. A 1-week reschedule notice is required for the deposit to be honored and the appointment to be moved to the new appointment date. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment

For products purchased in-person: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If dissatisfied with a product that has been opened, please reach out to us for further recommendations! We encourage you to take home a complimentary product sample before making a purchase.
